It feels great to be back to writing and sharing insightful things with people all over the world.

Hi Everyone,

I personally feel that our commitment towards taking care of our body makes us happy, focussed and also improves our well being.

Many times we tell ourselves that lets skip going to gym  today may be we can start from tomorrow but the reality is that we just need to get out and start doing something. Ralph Waldo Emerson had rightly said " “Do the thing and you will have the power.”

Today I learned about "Fauja Singh"- a true inspiration. India's Fauja Singh was 100 years old when he competed in last year's Toronto marathon. Singh says, "I won't stop running until I die. The next target, God willing, is to be the oldest marathon runner ever; at the time when people start retiring, I thought of running at the age of 63 and today I won the marathon at 93 years of age". 

Lastly I would like to share two great benefits of running:

1) "Running helps you learn and store information better which is great for preventing age-related memory loss and illnesses.

2) Run for 30 minutes, five times a week and lower your risk for diabetes and cancer."~ courtesy The well daily.

I am always in search of learning new things which can inspire me to live a good life.

I went to youtube website yesterday and watched this recent 1 min Nike advertisement named "Find your greatness".

I found the message of the video very inspiring:

Happy Thursday Everyone,

Recently I read a couple of books and I have learned that every author has stressed on one important quality we should cultivate in our life i.e. "FOCUS".

So the important question to ask ourseleves is "How do we achieve focus in life?"

I get my focus by focussing on my breathing, going on a walk in nature and spent time alone with myself. These small things can bring us present to this moment and help us become more creative in our thinking.

Here is an example:

 "A typical person takes around 21,600 breathes in a single day. Focusing on as little as ten breaths can eliminate stress"~ the well daily.

Lessons from "John Lasseter" life

Happy Tuesday Everyone,

Today I would like to share with you something about Mr. John Lasseter, animation director at Pixar Animation studios. He has created animation movies such as Toy story, Cars and the list goes on. According to me Mr. Lasseter is a true epitome of creativity.

I learned a couple of important lessons from Mr. John Lasseter after watching this video:

1) We need to be creative in whatever we are undertaking in life rite now

2) Mr. John also stresses on "If you love what you do you never work a day in your life"

3) I also like how Mr. John gets along with his employees at Pixar with love and respect.

Commencement speech by "Mr. Cory Booker"

Today I would like to share with you an inspirational Stanford 2012 graduation commencement speech by Newark, New Jersey Mayor "Cory Booker". I received this speech from Karmatube website.

Mr.Booker shares with the graduates in this speech what he learned from his father and grandfather in life. He sums up the learning's in three main points:

1) Embrace discomfort, fear and frustration
2) Faithfulness
3) Show up in life
